A free all abilities boxing class for LGBTQ+ young persons (ages 13-18). Every Sunday afternoon near Finsbury Park.

We will meet at Sobell Leisure Centre boxing gym (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout). Please arrive at 4pm so you have time to get changed before the class start at 4.15pm.

Things to know:

- **Clothes** - Bring water, wear comfortable clothes and trainers to do physical activity (no high heels, platforms or boots!)
- **Kit** - We have gloves and hand wraps to borrow. We ask that you buy your own hand wraps after the first session.
- **Lockers** - Bring a pound coin to use the lockers as you won’t be able to leave your bag in the boxing gym
- **Changing rooms** - There are Male/Female changing rooms with both communal and private cubicles within. There are also gender neutral accessible changing rooms opened by radar key or ask reception for the key.
- **Consent form -** If it’s your first time attending please complete the parent/guardian consent form: <https://forms.gle/FKetZX8zSiGngGgH8> This includes important information on emergency contacts and medical conditions.

Please note that parents/guardians will not be permitted to spectate but are welcome to use the waiting area at the leisure centre.
